There is something very special about the transition between late summer and autumn. The sun lingers like a warm memory, but the morning air is crisp and clear. I love this time of year – when the wardrobe slowly changes, when we start to long for layers upon layers, something soft around the neck and maybe a new color that reflects our inner self. And this year… it feels like fashion goes exactly where the heart wants.
Autumn and winter 2025 are anything but grey. Instead, we are invited to deep, warm shades to wrap ourselves in: plum purple, chocolate brown, bright red, forest colors and my personal favorite – dark violet that sparkles a little extra in the winter light. I have always been drawn to color, not just because it is beautiful, but because it tells us something about us. What we feel. What we long for. At More Malmo you will find accessories in these very tones – chosen with love, often handmade, always with character.
Another thing I like about fall and winter fashion this year is that it’s not so rigid. It’s all about building your own silhouette: maybe a kimono over a knitted sweater, or a flowing dress with a long vest on top. It’s nice that fashion invites playfulness and comfort at the same time. I fell head over heels for the big cashmere scarves from Ireland and our soft Powder gloves in jewel tones – perfect for those who want to stay warm without losing style.
Boots are very much in fashion this season – high shafts, a bit of a retro feel and preferably combined with a rustic belt or bag in naturally tanned leather. It feels like we get to be both wild and stylish at the same time. I'm thinking of our belts from Smitten – handmade with weaving traditions from Peru and India – which give every outfit that little something extra. And the bags from Keecie which are as smart as they are beautiful. Design with meaning.
When winter comes, it's no longer just about surviving the cold. This year, I see a fashion that wants to embrace us – literally – with fluffy textiles, natural materials and authentic expressions. But with room for a little glamour too! Sparkly earrings, glossy scarves, details that say "I'm here and I love winter".
For me, fashion is not about following trends, but about interpreting them in your own way. Building a wardrobe that lasts over time – both in quality and in soul. And in autumn and winter 2025 there is so much to pick up for those who want to dress with feeling.
So let yourself be inspired, but choose with your heart. And you know what? I'm happy to help. Welcome to More Malmo – where every color, button and stitch is carefully selected. See you among plums, plaid and sparkling winter air.
