DELIVERY

How is my package delivered?

We collaborate with PostNord, DHL, and DB Schenker to offer fast and reliable shipping for our products.

Within Sweden: Your package will be delivered either directly to your mailbox or to the nearest service point.

How is my package delivered abroad?

To Denmark and Finland: Your package will be delivered to a service point via DHL DB Schenker or PostNord, and you will receive a notification via SMS or email when it arrives.

Currently, we do not ship to other countries.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages that are not collected from the service point within 7 days will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping, administrative, and handling fees.

Handling and administrative fee: 300 SEK


DELIVERY TIME

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your package will leave More Malmo within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, the delivery time depends on the postal service. Most orders arrive within 6-8 business days from the order date.

What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?

We always strive to ensure fast and smooth deliveries. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Shipping to Denmark and Finland: Standard shipping to Denmark and Finland is 80 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK.
