RETURNS
Can I cancel my purchase?
When purchasing products from us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item you ordered. The only condition is that the items are returned in their original packaging and in original condition – meaning they must not be used, washed, or altered in any way. All tags must remain attached. Please handle items with care when trying them on at home, as some garments are delicate. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in the correct condition. If your item was delivered with a gift box, it must also be returned in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label is included for returns within Sweden at a cost of 59 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund. For returns from Denmark and Finland, return labels are not included, and you must cover the return shipping yourself.
How to make a return:

Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the same packaging as used for delivery.

Fill out the return form included in your parcel and place it inside the package.

For returns within Sweden: Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.
For returns from Denmark and Finland: No return label is included, and you must arrange and pay for the return shipment. -
Drop off your parcel at your local service point and make sure to obtain a receipt.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you paid via Klarna invoice, log in to Klarna and mark the items you have returned. Klarna will pause the invoice until we have processed your return.

How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order on our website for the item you want and return the unwanted item according to the return instructions above. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The new item will be shipped to you promptly, and once we have received your return, we will issue a refund to your account as described above.
CLAIMS
What should I do if I want to make a claim?
We always check our items thoroughly before shipping. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible! Include a photo of the item and a description of the defect. As soon as we have received your information, we will resolve the matter by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. For approved claims, More Malmo will of course cover the shipping cost.
REFUNDS
How and when is the refund processed?
Once we have approved the return or claim (and received the product), we will send you an email confirming that the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
