TERMS OF PURCHASE
What happens after I place an order?
After placing an order in our webshop, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you via email.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
We work with many handmade, unique products in small batches. Some items are limited edition and may not be restocked. If you are interested in an out-of-stock item or size, feel free to contact us to check if we will restock it. If you purchase an item that is out of stock before we have updated the webshop, we will contact you and issue a refund immediately.
Will the ordered product look exactly like the image?
Yes, in most cases. However, handmade products or items with handcrafted details may vary slightly, as each piece is unique. Any potential variations are described in the product details.

You can choose from several payment methods at checkout. Minors (under 18 years old) are not allowed to make purchases without a guardian's consent.

How do I know if my order was placed correctly?
Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.
DISCOUNT CODES
How and where do I enter my discount code?
The discount code field appears after you have entered your card and address details at checkout. Before finalizing your purchase, enter your code in the discount field and click "Activate" to apply the discount to your total.

What is Force Majeure?
If unforeseen events beyond More Malmo’s control occur (such as natural disasters, strikes, war, or similar incidents) and these prevent us from fulfilling our agreement with you, More Malmo is exempt from liability due to these circumstances.
